Impacting communities by equipping our youth to make a difference

There are many organizations that we give back to throughout the year that fulfill our mission and are primarily focused around two key support areas:

  • Enhancing educational programs that inspire youth development to empower individuals for a life of service and significance.
  • Support nutritional programs that provide resources to youth* which develop positive life habits.

*Although ‘youth’ is a broad term, our focus will be on our youth ages 5-18.

Associate Matching Program

How the Program Works: 

  • Each full-time or regular part-time J&B associate is eligible, after 90 days of service
  • Dollar-for-dollar match of $50-$250 (monetary donations only)
  • Maximum donation per associate of $250 per calendar year
  • Only 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to receive matching funds

Benefit Support Program

J&B Group is passionate about helping our associates wherever possible. Our Associate Benefit Support Program provides a way for our associates to help families close to them who are having a benefit and need an auction item. Consideration for these auction items are given to health related, single family disaster or memorial scholarship benefits in which our associate has ties to. J&B will only give auction items to support benefits, no product or monetary donations.

“Spirit of Giving” Christmas Drive & Event

Christmas is a special time of year at J&B Group! Associates participate in a week of fun activities culminating in the “Spirit of Giving Event,” which strives to bring in toys and dollars for families in need at Christmastime. From “Ugly Sweater Day” to “Potluck Day,” there is a little something for everyone to get involved in — but, the ultimate goal is giving back.

Scholarships

J&B Group is proud to support our associates and their families. We believe in a culture of growth and encourage learning and development throughout life. The J&B Group Scholars Program was established to assist J&B associate’s children as they pursue growth beyond High School.

J&B also provides memorial scholarships, as needed, to honor associates who have passed, through a one-time scholarship in their name to a family-designated high school.
